Returns Policy

At ChonBerri, we believe in crafting garments that feel just right — for you and for the planet.
Because many of our items are made to order, each piece is created especially for you. This means:

Made-to-Order Items

• No returns or exchanges are accepted on made-to-order garments unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description.

• We’ll do our best to make things right — whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund in the case of confirmed faults.

Ready-to-Ship Items

We accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU regulations.
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue, please email us at hello@chonberri.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for return (and photos if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Non-returnable items

• Made-to-order or customized pieces (unless faulty)

• Items returned without prior approval

• Garments not in original condition
