At ChonBerri, we believe in crafting garments that feel just right — for you and for the planet.
Because many of our items are made to order, each piece is created especially for you. This means:
Made-to-Order Items

No returns or exchanges are accepted on made-to-order garments unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description.

We’ll do our best to make things right — whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund in the case of confirmed faults.
Ready-to-Ship Items
We accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU regulations.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
